About Us

ThinkEconomics was built by Ryan Hughes, an A Level Economics teacher who tried the existing "automated" Economics platforms available and found they didn't meet the standard a real classroom needs. So he built the tool he actually wanted to use himself.

That's still the standard everything on this site is held to: does it genuinely help a student understand and practise Economics, and does it save a teacher real time rather than adding another system to manage? If a feature doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't earn its place in your classroom, and it doesn't go in.

The site is still growing - more questions, more topics, and more teaching tools are added regularly. If there's something that would make it more useful for your classroom, let us know.
